For the past five years, Hudson RPO has delivered 200 hires annually to BASF Australia. Our team has realised time-to-fill improvements from >90 days to 28 days and also increased percentage of direct hires from <50% to 97%.

The onsite team have also championed diversity initiatives within BASF, increasing the number of females being interviewed for traditionally male dominated roles. Each year, we partner with the BASF team to deliver the ANZ graduate program.
